IEC60061-3: 7006-29M-1 E26d Gauge for Testing Unacceptable Contact-Making in Lampholders
The drawing is intended only to illustrate the dimensions essential for interchangeability.
(1) The thread of the gauge is made in accordance with the maximum dimensions of the cap on a finished lamp, subject to a tolerance of + 0,0 mm;
- 0,03 mm.
See sheet 7004-21A.
(2) Insulating material. All other parts metal.
PURPOSE: To check for undesirable contact that might occur between the intermediate contact of an E26d lampholder and the shell of an E26 (single-contact) cap.
TESTING: When the gauge is fully screwed home in the lampholder, the lamp shall light.
